Delivery

All items are made to order, therefore can take 2-6 weeks to make, apart from pasties, which take 2-3 weeks.  If your order is required urgently, please contact us beforehand to discuss the possibility of fastracking your order. Corsets are sent by Special Delivery and Pasties & Tassels will be sent by Recorded Delivery, both services which will need to be signed for.  We will send you an email confirming day of dispatch so you are aware of when to expect your order.  International customers are responsible for any import fees or duties imposed by Customs of their own country.

Returns

Please read our sizing guidelines to ensure you purchase the correct size corset and email us for help if you are having difficulties on mail@mydelilahburlesque.com.   Items are not available 'on approval' and are not refundable as they are made to order especially for you.  Items found to be faulty must be returned within 14 days of delivery date (or attempted delivery by Royal Mail) for exchange or repair.  In the rare case of an item being found faulty, please email us first at mail@mydelilahburlesque.com, stating your name, address, name & size of item ordered and cause of fault.  Items damaged by misuse or wearing garment incorrectly cannot be returned, neither will items showing evidence of being worn and tampered with. Remember, we know our work well as we work for a long time on them! My Delilah will not accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit, so please use a secure method of delivery such as Special Delivery.  This cost will be refunded if the item is genuinely faulty.
